Privacy Policy — Corner Bank: Bank Manager Sim
CardzyGames · last updated 13 October 2026
Corner Bank is made by CardzyGames. This policy says what data the app uses, why, and how you control it.
Your game
No account, no login. Your progress (your bank, its vault, loans, depositors, staff, the town’s stories and your diamonds) is saved on your own phone and is never sent to us. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
We do not collect your name, e-mail address, contacts, photos, files or precise location. The only thing you type that leaves your phone is a message you choose to send us (see “Suggestions & problems” below).
Suggestions & problems (messages to us)
The game has a Suggestions & problems panel (the chat bubble at the top of the screen). If you write to us there, we receive:
- the text you send, and the kind you picked (problem, idea, other)
- a short line about your game, so we can find a problem: the day, the money in the vault, what your bank is worth, its name in town, the number of loans (and late loans) and savers
- the app version and your phone’s operating system version
- a random ID made by the game on your phone, so that our reply reaches you; we store only a scrambled (hashed) form of it. It is not your advertising ID and is not linked to any account.
We use this only to read your message, answer it in the same panel, and fix or improve the game. It is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with anyone. The messages are stored by Cloudflare, which runs our server for us, and travel encrypted (HTTPS).
Please do not put passwords, payment details or personal information in a message. You can delete your messages at any time with Delete my messages in the same panel; that removes them from our server at once. Messages are also deleted automatically 180 days after the last one in a conversation. If you uninstall the game, the panel loses its link to your old messages, and those are deleted after 180 days.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows rewarded video ads only, and only when you tap an offer that says what you get for watching (for example “Open the doors” or “Coffee break”). There are no pop-up ads between screens and no banners. If you never tap an ad offer, no ad is shown.
Ads are served by Google AdMob. To show and measure them, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
- your device’s advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID) and app set ID
- device and app information: model, operating system version, language, app version
- your IP address, from which an approximate (city or region level) location is inferred
- how you interact with ads: that one was offered, shown, watched or closed
- diagnostic information about the SDK, such as load times and errors
Google uses this to serve ads, limit how often you see the same one, prevent fraud, and, only where you allow it, to personalise ads. The SDK starts when the game starts, so some of these identifiers may be read even if you never watch an ad.
We do not receive this data ourselves. We see only anonymous, aggregated reports (for example, how many ads were shown in a day).
How Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites — Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Consent and your ad choices
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (and where other privacy laws require it), the game shows Google’s consent form (the User Messaging Platform) before any ad is requested. If you decline personalised ads, you can still watch rewarded ads, but they are not based on your profile, and the game plays exactly the same.
You can change your choice at any time in the game: open the game’s menu (settings) and tap Privacy options. The same consent form comes back, and your new answer applies to the next ad.
Everywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone’s settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads, depending on the phone).
Ad content is limited to a rating suitable for teens (“T”) or lower, and gambling, dating and alcohol ads are blocked.
Purchases (Google Play Billing)
You can buy diamonds and two one-time items (a starter pack and the Banker’s Key) through Google Play. Google handles the payment. We never see your card, bank or payment details, your name or your e-mail address.
The app receives from Google Play only what it needs to deliver what you bought: the product, an order or purchase token, and whether the purchase went through. One-time items are restored on a new phone by asking Google Play which items your Google account owns; no account with us is needed. Google Play’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.
Diamonds buy time only (filling the waiting room or skipping ahead). They do not change the results of the game.
Analytics and crash reporting
None. There is no third-party analytics, no crash reporter and no attribution SDK in the game. The only data that leaves your phone is what AdMob and Google Play need, and the messages you choose to send us, as described above.
Permissions
The game plays offline. It uses the internet only for ads, purchases and the messages
you send us. It requests
no camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage or phone permissions. The ad SDK
declares the advertising ID permission
(com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID), and Google Play Billing declares
the billing permission.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has used the game in a way that matters here, write to us and we will help.
Your choices and rights
- Change your ad consent: Privacy options in the game’s menu.
- Reset or delete your advertising ID: your phone’s settings.
- Delete your messages to us: Delete my messages in the Suggestions & problems panel.
- Remove everything stored on your phone: uninstall the app (one-time purchases stay with your Google account and come back if you reinstall).
- Ask a question or make a request about your data: write to us at the address below. Apart from messages you send us, we hold no data about you ourselves, so requests about ad data are passed to Google’s own tools (myadcenter.google.com).
Delete your Corner Bank data
Corner Bank, by CardzyGames, keeps very little about you. To delete it:
- Messages to us: open the chat bubble at the top of the game, then tap Delete my messages. Your thread is removed from our server at once. Or e-mail [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Corner Bank data” and we delete it within 30 days.
- Your game save: it is stored only on your phone. Uninstall the app to delete it.
- Advertising ID: reset or delete it in your phone’s settings (Google → Ads).
What is kept: message threads nobody writes in for 180 days are deleted automatically. Purchase records are kept by Google Play under Google’s own terms, so one-time purchases can be restored. Ad data is held by Google and managed at myadcenter.google.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes, and the new version is published at this same address before the change reaches the app.
